About Us
Barangay San Ramon is a peaceful and progressive community located in Baao, Camarines Sur, dedicated to serving its residents with transparency, efficiency, and genuine care. Our barangay hall serves as the center for community programs, public services, and local governance, working hand in hand with residents to build a safer and more organized neighborhood for everyone.
This Web-Based Residential Profiling and Record Keeping System was developed to modernize how Barangay San Ramon manages resident records and delivers essential services. Through this platform, residents can conveniently request official documents such as barangay clearances, certificates of indigency, and certificates of residency, as well as report incidents online, while helping the barangay maintain accurate, up-to-date records of its constituents.

San Ramon provides document processing services such as barangay clearance, barangay indigency, barangay residency and also report a blotter. The resident must be a registered resident of the barangay in order for the request to be processed; otherwise, the request will be denied.

What is a Barangay Certificate of Residency?
The Certificate of Residency is a document certifying your stay in a barangay. You can apply and obtain a barangay certification from a barangay where you have been living for six (6) months or more.

What documents do I need to request a barangay clearance?
Bring a valid government-issued ID and proof of residency, such as a utility bill or barangay ID. First-time applicants may also be asked to present a Community Tax Certificate (Cedula).

How long does it take to process a barangay certificate?
Most requests submitted through this system are processed within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the volume of requests and the verification needed.

Who can avail of the Certificate of Indigency?
Residents who are classified as low-income or are currently unable to meet basic needs may apply for a Certificate of Indigency to avail of scholarships, medical assistance, and other social services.

How do I report an incident or file a blotter?
You may file a blotter report online through the "Report a Blotter" section of this system, or visit the barangay hall in person. Bring a valid ID and be ready to provide details of the incident.

The barangay hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on official holidays.

Yes. Requests are only processed for residents who are registered in the barangay's resident profiling system. Please register or update your profile before submitting a request.
